GRADUATING PLAYER SPOTLIGHT - Mikayla Sewell
Mikayla is in her 3rd year of the U18 hockey
program. She is currently playing on the
U18A team for her final year and is a welcome addition to the girls
program.
Mikayla has been playing hockey
since she was 4 years old. She first
played with the boys until she reached the peewee level where she made the
transition over to girl’s hockey. She
returned to the boys program for one year in Bantam only to choose girls hockey
once again.
Mikayla is deciding between Windsor University or McKendree University for her undergraduate degree where she will take the Social Work program. After this she would like to earn her graduate degree in Criminology. Mikayla is also hopeful that she will be able to continue to play hockey while attending university.
