2 Big Commitments for the Midget AA Soo Jr Greyhounds Girls Hockey
Submitted By JP Babineau on Wednesday, September 11, 2019
The MAA Soo Jr Greyhounds Girls Hockey would like to proudly announce that Brielle Caruso has committed to Guelph University and Sophie Grawbarger has committed to the University of Toronto.

Brielle Caruso, the captain of the 2019-20 MAA Girls JR Greyhounds has been an exceptional player for quite some time. She moved up her last year Bantam to play for the Midget AA team. Her presence was felt instantly. Brielle is one of the best 1 on 1 defenders in Midget AA. She has strong sense of the game and is a powerful skater with a ton of talent. She leads by example with her hard work, desire to get better and her leadership skills. We are proud and excited for her future in Guelph. Sophie Grawbarger is known to have some of the slickest hands in all of girls hockey. Her sense of her surroundings is amazing. Sophie has an abundance of skill already with unlimited potential. Sophie was elected by her teammates to wear the assistant captain this 2019-20 year. She leads without saying a word. Her dedication, selflessness, passion and Talent makes her a prime leader and an upcoming star for U of T. As the girls chant often" atta be Sophie G" Congratulations girls, it is well deserved!!
