Team Availability Form

Managers must use this form to inform the ice scheduler of tournaments/events/showcases during which they cannot use the SFHA scheduled ice time. Submissions must be received with a minimum of thirty (30) days advance notice. Any submissions that are more than thirty (30) days away from the beginning of the non-availability period will be rescheduled by the ice scheduler, while any submissions inside of the thirty-day window will be the team's responsibility. Teams may still look for another team to trade ice with, but if no team wants or is available to take the ice, and the ice cannot be returned, the ice will count towards the original team's season allotment. The ice scheduler must be notified of any trading of icetime between teams.
