NEW, Digital Covid-19 Screening System for Players, Coaches, and Volunteers
With the 2021-2022 season beginning, and the need to document contact tracing and symptom screens, SFHA has purchased an online program called saniTrakr to do just that. SaniTrakr was designed by a local doctor and is being used by many organizations to assist with fast, easy, and efficient data tracking. The OWHA Covid screening questions have been inputted into the system, so it is the same screening that was done last season, but without the paper.
The Sanitrakr is for players, coaches, and volunteers. Parents and spectators will follow the City of SSM guidelines for self-screening and contact tracing, such as signing in to the arena when present. All players, coaches and volunteers will need to create an online account with Sanitrakr in order to complete the covid screening prior to any SFHA activity. Once the account is made, before practice/game/dryland simply log in, complete the Covid Screening and select the location you will be going to. At the end of the screening questions, your phone will light up green meaning you can proceed to the rink. If you phone lights up red then please stay home and follow APH guidelines.
Please follow the instructions in this PDF file to create your FREE account with Sanitrakr.
