They triumphed over the Sudbury Lady Wolves with a 4-2 win in the final. This adds to their collection of medals this season, including winning Boo in the Soo, another gold medal at the Whitby Tournament of Heroes in December, and a silver medal finish just last weekend in Brantford.

Beyond the Rink: Community Spirit Shines

The weekend wasn’t just about games; it was a celebration of camaraderie and community. Many teams attended the Soo Greyhounds OHL game on Friday night, rallying together to support our local hockey heroes.

The SFHA proudly affirms that female hockey is alive and thriving in our city. This incredible weekend showcased not only athletic excellence but also the bonds of friendship forged through the love of the game.
