Introducing: Our All Girls Timbit Program
Did you know that girls as young as 4 years old can kick off their hockey adventure with the Sault Female Hockey Association ?

At SFHA, we believe that every young athlete deserves a chance to lace up their skates, feel the ice beneath their feet, and embrace the thrill of the game. Our all-girls Timbit program is designed to ignite that passion early on! Here’s what you need to know:

1. Age Is Just a Number: Girls aged 4 to 6 can dive into the world of hockey with our Timbits program. These little stars are building the foundation for a lifetime of hockey joy.
2. Skills and Smiles: Our Timbits sessions blend skill development with pure fun. From power skating drills to friendly mini-games, our coaches ensure that every girl leaves the rink with a smile as bright as the ice.
3. Empowering Girls: We’re breaking barriers and shattering stereotypes. Our Timbits program fosters confidence, teamwork, and resilience. These young players learn that they can conquer any challenge—on and off the ice.
