Welcome to the start of our 2025/26 season!Sault Female is excited to get a new season underway with our growing numbers. We have teams in all divisions from Timbits to U18. Girls hockey is the place to be! Here is what to expect on Draft Day.
1. Your child will be assigned to a try-out team roster. If you do not see your child's name on the roster please email
[email protected] ASAP. These teams will be posted on our website.
2. Please check your timeslot often as changes may need to be made. Please show up on time to avoid delays. It is advised to show up at least 30 minutes early to get your jersey and check in at the front table for your first ice time.
3. SFHA will supply numbered tryout jerseys which you will get at your first scheduled draft time at the table when you walk in the arena. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you do not change jerseys with another child. U9 to U18 will use the same jersey for each of the evaluation skates and be returned after your last draft game.
TIMBITS - Please return your jersey after the FIRST skate. You will be given a new jersey at your second skate.
If you do not return your jersey you will be charged the replacement fee of that jersey which must be paid, or jersey returned, before your child can be on the ice again.
4. At the conclusion of the draft games, coaches will meet with members of the executive and select the players for their teams. The teams will then be posted on our website.
