Exceptional Player Request Form (March 1 deadline)

Please complete this form to request that your daughter be considered as an exceptional player. **NOTE: Player MUST have been registered with SFHA in the season prior to submitting this request.**

Sault Female Hockey Association stipulates that the player(s) must be regarded to be impact players using the following progressive formula (1-3-5).
- Number 1 goalie among the goalies in the higher age category team
- Among the top 2 defence in the higher age category team
- Among the top 3 forwards in the higher age category team
Upon successful progression of the above policy, the VP Jr Greyhounds, Director of Development and the Development committee may then present the case of each individual player to the Association Executive for final approval. This procedure will be strictly enforced by the Association to facilitate players competing at an appropriate skill level.
