ALL JR. GREYHOUNDS TEAMS HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR THE 2025-26 SEASON

The SFHA Jr. Greyhounds Program is the competitive stream of the Sault Female Hockey Association, dedicated to developing young female athletes who are ready to take their game to the next level. This program provides an opportunity for committed players to grow in a more structured and competitive environment, with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and personal growth both on and off the ice.

Our Jr. Greyhounds teams are formed each spring through a formal evaluation and selection process. Once selected, teams train and compete from September through April, participating in tournaments, and showcase events across the province and beyond.

Teams typically practice multiple times per week and receive additional development through off-ice sessions, and specialty coaching.

The program is designed to prepare players for higher levels of play, while still fostering a strong sense of team culture and community.

Whether your goal is to compete at a higher level or simply push yourself as a player, the Jr. Greyhounds program offers a supportive, challenging, and rewarding experience within a female-focused hockey environment.
